If love makes a house a home (& it does) then the heart of the home is the kitchen. This was the idea in mind when 26 Chandler Drive was being built. They put in multiple ovens which are especially handy during the holidays, a baking station at optimal height for rolling out dough, a dedicated desk area, and more. The whole first floor is laid out for everything you need and want in a day: a comfortable sunken living room, a home office/playroom, a formal dining room, and the laundry/mudroom. Upstairs away from the hubbub are all the bedrooms plus a huge finished bonus room. When you look at the big flat back yard it's easy to picture the many parties that have been staged there. It's just as easy to picture where you might put your swimming pool, which they also planned for when they sited the septic system out front. Located right in the middle of Cape Cod, nothing is too far away: Beaches, grocery store, even the highway. So much to love about 26 Chandler Drive!
